At Mawajeeb, we crafted a unique customer experience by meticulously managing every detail of welcoming and enriching the visit of the Ministry of Investment’s guests attending high-end official and tourism events.
Our team — comprising over 67 coordinators — designed a comprehensive journey that covered all stages before, during, and after arrival. We also developed a digital database that powers a live dashboard to track each guest’s journey from arrival to departure.
